Specific Stretch/STR
This is a two day course that explores Specific Stretch. A soft tissue skill that utilises the combined application of pressure and stretch in dealing with dysfunctional areas of muscle/fascia. This technique is a useful addition to a practitioners' skills when dealing with clients who present with recurrent or long standing soft tissue problems.
