Course information
This course includes a 60 credit university module that is awarded by University of Teesside (University Module Code PHY1013-N). The course is delivered at Nottingham University Sports Centre and normally runs alongside the academic year. The mode of delivery is 12 weekends spread over an 11 month period resulting in the award, University Certificate of Advanced Professional Development (UCAPD) Massage in a Sports Environment.
The programme includes all the core elements required by the Professional Body and additionally explores more advanced soft tissue techniques including Specific Stretch/STR, Trigger Point Therapy and Myofascial Techniques.
